Overview
To keep cost down and make the themes more affordable this service does not include any revisions once installed. This does not apply to complete custom designs or any customization requests beyond what is specified in the installation agreement. We will set your site up to look like the demo site of the theme you purchased and downloaded. If the site we are installing on is a live site (not a staging site) we will display a Coming Soon page while we work.
If you’d like your install done on a staging site (one already created), please provide the link and login credentials for the site and not the live site. Also, please know, you will be responsible for pushing the staging site to your live site when you’re ready to launch.
*Do-it-for-you complete installation, the WordPress install and staging site will be included
You’d agree that all information is provided above for Media Mate to complete your installation within a timely manner. If the team needs any further information it will be provided within 24 business hours of the request.
*If you chose the Do-it-yourself option, once downloaded installation service can be purchased seperately.
Refund
Due to the time this service takes, there are no refunds on this service for any reason.
Exchanges
We only replace themes if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
