Infrastructure Managed. Teaching Uninterrupted.
A 6-month structured growth phase for course creators who want the platform handled —
so their attention stays on teaching, refinement, and growth.
This is not maintenance.
It is a defined operating phase.
What Is Included
Managed infrastructure operation
I handle the parts that make the course function day-to-day — access, logins, course delivery, and keeping the platform stable so you’re not troubleshooting.
Conversion path refinement
We improve the path from visitor → enrollment so people understand the offer and complete checkout without confusion.
Automation calibration
Emails, onboarding, and follow-ups are adjusted so students receive the right messages at the right time without you manually sending them.
Platform adjustments
When the course needs changes — new lessons, updated flow, small layout changes — I implement them inside the system rather than you managing tools.
Monthly structural improvements
Each month we make one meaningful improvement to how the course operates, instead of reacting to random issues.
Growth Partnership begins with clean architecture — not patchwork.
What Is Not Included
New brand identities
Logo design, visual rebranding, and full aesthetic redesigns are separate projects. The partnership focuses on how the course operates, not how the brand is reinvented.
Unlimited design work
Ongoing small improvements are part of the cycle, but continuous visual redesign requests aren’t. The goal is stability, not constant restyling
Ad management
Running or optimizing paid ads isn’t part of this model. We focus on making the course system work well once people arrive.
Copywriting services
We can adjust structure and placement, but writing full sales pages, email campaigns, or marketing copy isn’t included.
Emergency fixes from external changes
Issues caused by hosting outages, third-party platform changes, or outside developers fall outside the normal cycle and are handled separately if they occur.
Unrelated website projects
The partnership covers the course platform only — not blogs, additional businesses, or general website work.
Anything outside the cycle becomes a scoped add-on.

When It Makes Sense
- You want infrastructure handled from day one
- You value strategic cadence over reactive fixes
- You prefer defined scope over hourly billing
- You want a stable platform before scaling attention
- You want ad-hoc troubleshooting
- You want unlimited design requests
- You need emergency rescue
The goal is steady progress, not constant requests — this boundary is what makes that possible.
