Purpose of the Platform
The WordPress platform deployed through Media Mate is provided as technical infrastructure to support course delivery, content distribution, and digital education.
The platform itself does not create, review, or approve course content.
Client Content Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for all content published or distributed through their platform, including but not limited to:
- course materials
- written content
- videos or downloads
- marketing claims
- communications with students or customers
Media Mate does not evaluate or verify the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of course content.
Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including those related to:
- intellectual property
- consumer protection
- advertising claims
financial or health advice
Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, email tools, or analytics providers.
Clients are responsible for maintaining compliance with the terms and policies of those services.
Limitation of Responsibility
Media Mate provides technical infrastructure only and is not responsible for:

- disputes between the client and course participants
misuse of the platform by the client or third parties
